“Almost everything will fall into place if you learn to let go of control.” — Yung Pueblo
PILLAR: Simplicity
FOCUS: Creating a slower pace that lasts
Reflection
There’s something sacred about a reset — not the kind that throws everything away, but the kind that listens first. The kind that pauses, sorts, and gently chooses again.
I had one of those resets recently. Not a dramatic life overhaul, just a quiet morning when I realized I didn’t want to go back to how things used to be. The constant pressure, the overpacked days, the need to prove something… to whom, I’m not even sure anymore. What I do know is that when I started asking how I wanted to feel — not what I should do — the answers came softer, slower, clearer.
Resetting your rhythm isn’t about fixing everything at once. It’s about noticing what feels good in your body, what actually supports your peace, and what you can gently let go of. Maybe that’s waking up without a screen. Maybe it’s fewer commitments. Maybe it’s rewriting what “being productive” even means.
This is your new rhythm. One that moves with your breath, not against it. One that makes space for rest, for joy, for change. You don’t need to go back to normal. That old pace wasn’t built for who you’re becoming.
Start again — slowly, gently. On your own terms. Let it feel like you.
